In my career to date with the LHH Team I have delivered results on multiple Projects and events across the APAC region. Due to the global brand realignment my title has changed to CT&M Projects Delivery Lead and with it some tweaks to my day-to-day responsibilities. 

I am continuing to support the APAC CT&M Talent Promotion Team and to deliver on Projects to support both our CT&M Customers and our CT Clients. These include both virtual and in-person events (Employer & Recruiter Spotlights and Career Fairs), plus webinars, social media content creation and LOTS more!    

My responsibility is also increasing as the Win4Youth Wellbeing Ambassador for LHH Australia 2022-2023 and I'm organising events and social engagement to help The Adecco Group (TAG) to achieve it's global (CSR) corporate social responsibility target of 35,000 active hours in 2022 to raise much needed funds for for projects that are run by our charity partner Plan International. 

Plus I am co-creating a Wellbeing Lab Project in 2023 with my fellow ANZ Wellbeing Ambassadors, to bring the benefits of wellbeing to the workplace. As part of this 3 month Project we are creating a Wellbeing Community so that we can help the team thrive rather than survive. We are focusing on Mental and Physical Health.

Leading the LHH Talent Promotion Team in Australia and supporting the team across APAC (New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines).

Notable Achievements:
-Designing and delivering the monthly Job Bulletin to keep our talent in transition up-to-date with market trends and employment opportunities.
-Designing and delivering various Webinars to support and educate our talent in talent.
-Nominated and awarded the LHH Shining Star Award by my LHH colleagues for outstanding delivery of my role and innovation, this is something I am very honoured to have won and very proud of.
-Chosen to be part of the APAC Steering Committee for the 'Ignite for Learning 2022' scheduled for Sept 2022.

Head of Talent Promotion - Australia, NZ & SME APAC

Notable Achievements:
-In 2020 I designed and delivered 19 editions of the LHH Australia Job Bulletin using Sway to support our talent in transition and keep them up to date with job market trends during Covid.
-Designed and delivered industry specific support resources for the Resources and Mining industry to ensure the talent in transition had access to current job data in an easy to access format.
-Designed and delivered a Digital Career Fair for a Manufacturing Plant that was closing to ensure that all exiting employee's were supported in connecting to employers in their local area so they could seamlessly continue their careers and support their families. 
-Worked on multiple Career Transition Projects in industries such as Professional Services sector, Food Manufacturing, Chemical Industry, Telecommunications, Energy and Environmental, Schools and Educations, Financial Services (up to 20 different industries) to help talent in transition to connect to new career opportunities. 
-Wrote and posted 13 articles on LinkedIn to support job seekers to connect to their next career opportunity.

This is a strategic and creative communications leadership role. A a key part of my role within LHH is to understand the transferable skills and the potential that our candidates have and to connect them to new and exciting career opportunities and employers. 

We work directly with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams to offer them a unique opportunity to access some of the best untapped skills and potential in the job market, without the investment of a recruitment fee. 

My role is to connect our candidates with the hiring community to achieve #activeplacement. Once ready to find their next role, our candidates add their resumes to our ‘Digital Talent Exchange (DTE)’. Part of my role is to promote the DTE to the hiring community to increase the visibility of that talent and help match our candidates to suitable roles.

I purchased and set up 3 New Franchises in the Gold Coast from scratch between March 2009 and November 2009 which helped local businesses to increase their local visibility and therefore their market penetration through 3, 6 and 12 month Advertising Campaigns.  

My role included managing the day to day running of the business which included - 

Sales - Business Development, Customer Service, Account and Relationship Management. 

Design - Creative and Distribution, Ad Design using CorelDraw, Recruiting and managing the distribution team, ensuring that the monthly mailer was sent out to all Customers and to the Prospect database, setting up maintaining the distribution of Coffee News with over 300 outlets on the Gold Coast.  

Marketing & Media - hosting regular business events, MC’ing at local events to PR the Advertisers and the Coffee News brand, updating Twitter daily, gave Outlets reader feedback so they felt acknowledged and recognised for their contribution to the community.

Operations - organising fortnightly letter box drops for Coffee News returns and weekly printing working to strict deadlines, establishing and maintaining contact with our readers, plus all daily accounting and administrational tasks.
