Lead, Operations & Account Management

Following the ~1 year initial development, launch, and piloting of the oilfield trucking marketplace with strategic buyer partners, took measures to ensure healthy growth of the business unit. As part of these organizational changes, I leaned into optimizing our enterprise client-facing solutions.

- Worked hand-in-hand with the product team to guide development of features and UX 
- Served as the product and operational consultant with "Super Major" E&P companies
- Quarterbacked new client implementation
- Led the growth of the business unit from $5M to $30M in ARR

Strategic Account Manager

- Created the playbook for seeding and growing buyer and supplier-side of oilfield trucking marketplace
- Led strategy and implemented processes for business development and operations while working hand-in-hand with the product team to develop the customer-facing as well as internal technology solutions
- Grew ARR from $0 to $5M (with 2 pilot clients) within the first year of launch

Strategic Operations Manager
