How are you using AI in your development process today?

Building my startup to $10k/mo while working full-time, all in 2 hours a day using AI coding. Documenting my journey from employee to founder. I enjoy vibe coding, building products, discussing tech trends and gardening.

I am back from two weeks of travel.

My Mac Mini setup worked surprisingly well during the trip, but I missed my big monitor and standing desk.

Meanwhile, Sofi, our new graphic designer, started working on Sucana design. She asked about Tailwind during our onboarding.
I told her to use whatever works best for the product.
I am completely flexible on the tech stack if it leads to better outcomes.

At my full time job, I started a new project. 
We are rebuilding our iOS and Android apps natively.
I get to lead a team of nine developers through the entire process.

It's feels good to be back home.

Big news for Sucana.
We hired a graphic designer.
She brings so much positive energy.
Had two meetings today to bring her up to speed 
and walk through the new flows.

Meanwhile, I am in Rajasthan.
And tomorrow I will be in Delhi.
Meeting a few friends and my brother.
Building, travelling and meeting people.

When I build alone, I could move at 1x speed with zero coordination overhead.

Now leading seven developers to rebuild our iOS and Android apps natively, the math changed.

Seven devs do not give you 7x speed. 
More like 5x speed with constant coordination.

Why?

Every merge needs review. 
Because every decision needs context. 
Every feature needs clear requirements. 
Every bug needs triage across multiple codebases.

The coordination cost is real.
But 5x is still better than 1x.

The mistake most founders make is expecting 7x and getting frustrated when reality hits.

I am going through this shift right now.
And the biggest lesson so far:

Coordination is not overhead. 
Coordination is the work now.

Your job is no longer writing the best code. 
Your job is to create clarity, so seven people can write good code together.

This is the trade.
And it is worth it.

Took a 4-day break.

No videos,
No coding,

Just relaxing
sleeping and
housework.

Feeling fresh.

Now jumping into two big projects:
1. Sucana
2. Rebuilding native iOS and Android apps for my full-time work

I usually don’t write about my job,
but this project is special.
Leading a team of 7 devs.

Building by yourself and building with a team are two very different skills.

You gain speed,
but you also need,
more coordination,
more communication,
and more clarity in your thinking.

Because now it is not just your code.
It is moving through seven different hands.

I have done this many times.
This time, I will add my founder mindset.
This project will be very interesting.

I'm testing the Mac Mini limits by using it in a train from Rajasthan to Delhi.

The best setups aren't in fancy offices. They're wherever you decide to ship.

What's the most unconventional place you've worked from?

It’s 4 AM.
Jetlag disrupted my sleep.
Went to bed at 6 pm, woke up at 11 pm, and have been working since.

Used the quiet hours to keep building my nephew’s website.
Claude Code suggested creating service and location based pages,
so I asked it to generate all of them.

It built 235 pages
across 10 services
and 20 nearby cities.
Wow.

The structure, content and location data came out surprisingly well.

I will record a full walkthrough and publish it on Friday.

AI is changing how we build, scale and launch.
It still amazes me every day.
