After 22 years of corporate life and reaching the pinnacle, I stepped off the high-wire to begin a new chapter.

Trading the executive suite of a $4B global powerhouse for the excitement of entrepreneurship, I'm now spreading knowledge, innovation, and transformation.

Through 5 major career transitions, I evolved from a VP of Marketing & Sales to Division President, and ultimately, CIO.

But behind every business transaction, there's a face. I firmly believe that people are the heart and soul of any endeavor. I owe my success to the great teams I've been a part of and the wise mentors who guided me. My advice for aspiring leaders:

It's so important to know when to leave.

With this role, I was fortunate enough to get to pursue my ultimate passion - joining strategic projects on the Communications team. I got to play a vital role in managing these projects across the organization including helping take our company to the public markets (NASDAQ: MNDY) and ensuring effective team development and completion of global communications efforts. This position merges creative services with operations to bring and build consistent workflows for a high-performing team. This role developed and oversaw efficient workflows for creative projects, access team bandwidth, designs project schedules, and supervises resources to fulfill the successful delivery on every project and media effort around the world.

Startup Ecosystem Leader - Startup for Startup Initative

Turns out communication in a growing team is tough, especially when the team is global. With the support of the monday.com platform (wink wink) we're able to continue to scale rapidly.

This role involves leading the charge for the USA Success team and building a hybrid local and remote team from scratch based in Manhattan. Together with the home office in Israel, we iterate and build processes for our entire Customer Success department to increase efficiency while still providing remarkable world-class support and ensuring our customers success through our platform.
