Although my time was cut short (nothing performance related), I managed to conduct ~11K cold calls, book ~50 meetings, and generate ~$50K in pipeline through initial discovery/demonstrations.

Joined as BDR <10 in an industry that was completely foreign to me.

During my time, I managed to generate ~$3M in opportunities. Majority of this was sourced through ~10K cold calls, netting about ~60 meetings total booked.

Implemented cold call strategy (some tech / some process) that fueled 7 other BDRs to generate ~2x more meetings. Also provided insight with Email/LinkedIn best techniques that secured ~$250K in pipeline.

Worked with CEO on structuring the revenue model, building an outbound sales motion, and a recruiting process that scaled to 5 people.

Managed a full sales cycle and forged 32 partnerships.

Placed 50+ service members within the SaaS ecosystem (from sales, customer success, and beyond).

Resupply

After joining the team full time, I was laterally promoted to scale Service 2 Software.

During my time at Resupply, we built an entire outbound sales process from scratch. Built over $100K in pipeline and streamlined a lead generation program that led the team to Series A.

In 2019, I decided to part ways with the military because I wanted to be a more present father.

So, I ditched the uniform, and entered the world of SaaS.

I’ve played a hand in numerous startups at the foundation. From gaining customer #1, growing a team of 7-10, and ultimately being obsessed with the customer in mind.

Contact sourcing has gone through a quiet evolution.

It started with single data tools. You’d run searches, export lists, and work from there.

Then teams began scraping those tools and layering on waterfall enrichment to improve coverage and accuracy. That became the standard workflow for a while.

Now the next step is happening. Waterfall and enrichment platforms are starting to support list origination directly across their data sources, instead of relying on scraped inputs.

That’s how we’re using BetterContact today. We originate lists inside the platform, then decide how and where to activate the data downstream.

It doesn’t replace every tool in the stack, but it does change where list building starts.
