As part of a Google initiative I was selected to offer Master Classes, Workshops and One to one training sessions. 
The role involved coaching businesses who wanted to up skill their teams with digital tools. As the Team Leader I managed the team and day to day running of the Google Digital Garage.
This included training classes 30 + people in social media, Google Analytics and how to get listed on Google.

I took time out to go travelling around Asia, New Zealand, Fiji and Australia.
My goal was to reach 30 countries before I am 30. 
Whilst backpacking I learned a lot about travelling alone and different cultures.

Developed the team and identified where improvements could be made.
Ensured all work was complete and the team had scheduled their content on all the social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Flickr.
Created service level agreements for campaigns and agreeing deadlines with internal and external designers.
Created Facebook website click ads and boosting posts.

Used negative and positive customer profiling to target the right audience and ensure negative responses were kept to a minimum.

Wrote original high quality content including quotes from influences to support the creative PR strategy. This included using visual tools to support the content.

Supported the SEO Account Managers with creative input into campaign strategies and pitch ideas to clients.
