• Organise meetings both directly with customers and my colleagues to discuss and revise candidate feedback to adjust and alter my searches accordingly.
• Manage expectations of colleagues, clients, and candidates.
 • Creating effective strategies by maintaining strong relationships with candidates within the market and understanding their requirements and availability for new opportunities. 
• Lead the resourcing team, understanding their demands throughout the business and identifying the best opportunities for short- and long-term success.
• Bring forward business ideas with regards to the resourcing team and how to best utilise their time and capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants so they understand the process and how to manage various tasks at the same time and work effectively in accordance with the company/project.

My role as the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to identify specialist candidates within the AI and Data field at all levels (ranging from graduate/ entry to senior level), who have both the motivation and technical skills to align with Dexter's mission of providing a renewable energy future to customers in a time and cost efficient manner.
