I'm a software engineer with a strong background in the industry. Over the past 7 years, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of software development projects in different roles, from intern to development team leader. My experience has given me a diverse set of skills and knowledge in the field, and I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.

Recently, I decided to step down from my position as a development team leader to pursue a new opportunity. I am now the owner and operator of a small company focused on developing mobile apps. I am excited to take on this new challenge and to have the freedom to explore my ideas and projects.

Tech Solutions Development: Working closely with our Chief Science Officer and technical team, I oversee the development of innovative tech solutions designed to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes. By leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics, we are creating tools that empower patients, clinicians, and caregivers with actionable insights and personalized treatment options.

Patient Centricity: Ensuring patient-centricity is at the core of everything we do at Biounity. I collaborate closely with our Chief Science Officer and medical advisors to ensure that our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of patients. By putting patients at the center of our innovation efforts, we are committed to delivering meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

Gloh Digital

As the Managing Director of Gloh Digital, I spearheaded the expansion of our UK-based agency to Sydney, Australia, with a vision to broaden our global presence. Specializing in comprehensive digital design solutions, including graphic design, brand development, website design and development, online marketing, and business consultancy, we aimed to deliver unparalleled results to our clients.

During my tenure, I led a talented team in servicing over 35 clients across seven countries. My primary responsibilities included:

Strategic Planning: I devised and executed long-term strategies to drive the agency's growth and expansion into new markets.

Business Development: I initiated innovative initiatives to diversify our service offerings and tap into untapped markets, ensuring our competitive edge.

Recruitment: I played a hands-on role in recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring our clients received the highest level of service and expertise.

Staff Management: I fostered a collaborative work environment, orchestrating team efforts to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

Client Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact, I ensured that our clients' needs were not only met but exceeded, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and excellence.

Through these efforts, I aimed to bring our clients' visions to life while establishing Gloh Digital as a trailblazer in the digital design industry, setting new standards for creativity and innovation.

During my tenure at HLR Education, I led the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that garnered national attention, earning a notable feature in The Guardian. This media exposure fueled our successful crowdfunding efforts, surpassing our fundraising goals and establishing us as pioneers in the industry.

My role encompassed a range of responsibilities:

M.E.E.T

During my tenure as Event Organizer for the Walkden Music Festival, I orchestrated a collaborative initiative that unified the community through the power of music. Partnering closely with Salford City Council, I facilitated a diverse network of stakeholders, including:

Salford City Council's Events Management Team: Collaborated to ensure all logistical aspects adhered to council regulations and quality standards.

Head of Greater Manchester Police: Established safety measures and community policing strategies for the events.

Environmental Services: Prioritized sustainability and waste management efforts throughout the festival.

Local Community Groups: Incorporated local interests and talents to enrich the festival experience and encourage community engagement.

Various Community Stakeholders: Maintained open communication to align interests and expectations, ensuring a cohesive event experience.

Through targeted fundraising endeavors, I secured vital capital from grants and local businesses. The inaugural event attracted over 1,000 attendees, achieved with a modest marketing budget of just £50.
 
Notably, the festival garnered attention from esteemed figures such as a local Member of Parliament and the Mayor of Salford, supported by extensive press coverage that elevated its profile.
