That fancy job title & big paycheck may be coming at the cost of what really matters.

I've heard too many stories of friends or mentors who accepted their "dream job" only to realize it was a career nightmare in disguise.

Protect your peace & remember to check for these whenever you're job hunting:

↳ Energy and excitement (instead of dread and anxiety) for what you and the company are doing

↳ Managers and leaders who actually care about you and invest in your wellbeing and success on the team (instead of performative metrics)

↳ Trust and flexibility to set your own work-life boundaries without feeling guilty for "not being online or productive"

↳ Teammates who support you instead of compete with you or throw you under the bus
