Managed the logistics and the operations of the country’s main 6,000 pallets distribution center. I was responsible for the communication with the service providers, the head office and the stores. And with the help of a team of 2 assistants, we orchestrated the whole operations from shipments receiving, warehousing and dispatching to quarterly inventory counts.
