As Chairman of Smarter Capital, my role is to drive results and find solutions that enhance the Groups performance. I am responsible for overseeing the acquisition of digital marketing agencies for the Group, as well as supporting acquisitions in the e-commerce and Support Services verticals. 

Since June 2022, we have successfully integrated eight companies into the Group, expanding our reach and capabilities locally, nationally, and now globally.

My primary focus is on growing the Digital Agency vertical and supporting the growth of our e-commerce vertical, each with a target of achieving £3 million in EBIT. This growth objective demonstrates our dedication to maximising the profitability and success of these sectors within the Group.

In addition to my responsibilities within the Group, I also prioritise assisting founders in maximising their shareholder value. This indicates our commitment to fostering strong relationships with the entrepreneurs behind the acquired companies, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Furthermore, I am leading the development of our "Smarter Fund," which aims to generate above-average returns for everyday capital. This fund offers a secured solution that provides attractive financial opportunities while mitigating risk.

I have worked as part of my family business for 14 years and gained experience in customer service, business relationships as well as perfecting my trade.

Centraheat was set up by myself as an independant company with the view of expanding into the renewable energy market whilst still offering our excellent service to the domestic heating and plumbing market.

We have now expanded into the domestic oil market providing services to our customers with oil fired systems.

CentraHeat now employs 10 members of staff enabling us to provide the same level of customer services whilst maintaining our administrative duties.

We won Wiltshire business of the year for training and development in 2017 and included in the prestigious Centrica Top 100 apprentice employers in 2017! 

Our engineers are required to look presentable at all times. We take as much pride in our appearence as we do in our work.

We aim to grow as large as possible to supply the current demand whilst still offering a personal service. We know our industry and intend to give our customers a job no less than perfect!
