In the past I was building my network in the bars, today it’s on the bike, yoga, gym or on Strava  (kudos game 😂) the truth is the game is changing soooo much especially with younger gens:
1. Being part of active communities like Founders Ride is absolutely essential
2. When you plan an event it’s non-alcoholic first and you think what Kombucha we are going to get
3. Food quality is crucial. People love or hate you based on your gustos and choices
4. Relationships are similar just the initations are different - we still strive for human connections
5. AI will commoditize databases and outbound like LinkedIn but what it won’t do for you is building authentic personal brand, credibility or hard technical skills that get you to next level as professional. 

I love it now even more than before as it aligns with who I am but tapas in the bar are still great. It all depends on the human (still).

A story that I will tell my grandkids one day..if you live under a rock, you might have missed last week what the Founders of SPLX, a Zscaler Company -> Ante Kristian Luka did:
- built and defined a new category in AI cybersec with their product
- built trust among customers & cybersec community
- built a super strong Team
All that in just 2 years, with a MONSTER hustle, speed of execution, and sense of urgency, is exceptional. That is why they were able to pull it off... what a story! Chapeu bas to the whole Team, I'm sure Zscaler was absolutely intentional & laser accurate in what they spotted and invested in!
