My specialization is in SANS 16001:2013 Wellness and Disease Management in the Workplace. I am an Outcome and Impact focused Workplace Wellbeing & Psychological Health Strategist and Risk Assessor - I assess, design and manage Wellbeing Strategies for businesses as well as implement these strategies and ensure their correct management level is maintained for maximum value to the business.

ETC provided Wellness and Disease Management services to workplaces. I managed a team of 8 employees, conducted audits on organisations workplace programmes, facilitated Wellness and Disease Management courses, developed and analysed KABP surveys and comprehensive health risk assessments.
