My specialization is in SANS 16001:2013 Wellness and Disease Management in the Workplace. I am an Outcome and Impact focused Workplace Wellbeing & Psychological Health Strategist and Risk Assessor - I assess, design and manage Wellbeing Strategies for businesses as well as implement these strategies and ensure their correct management level is maintained for maximum value to the business.

ETC provided Wellness and Disease Management services to workplaces. I managed a team of 8 employees, conducted audits on organisations workplace programmes, facilitated Wellness and Disease Management courses, developed and analysed KABP surveys and comprehensive health risk assessments.

Catch A Thief is a national online crime prevention website, that works closely with retailers, businesses, police forces and other crime prevention agencies across the UK.

The website has been designed to help retailers and other businesses reduce the effects of the ever growing problem with violence, theft and police cuts.

The Catch A Thief is a centralised website which has been designed to be used as a visible deterrent to tackle shoplifting and other suspected crimes. 

Catch A Thief aims to reduce shoplifting/crimes by uploading images/footage of suspected unreported crimes to the Catch A Thief website, this will be done in geographical location, ie displayed on a page in the area by date, time, and location the suspected offence had taken place, this we will do this for the purpose of detection, prevention and public safety. 

Catch A Thief will be working with other organisations , ie police, security and loss prevention specialist for the purpose of crime prevention. 

Catch A Thief will protect the general public and any information we may hold in accordance with the data protection act 1998 & ICO (information commissioners office)

I am a hardworking committed individual who strives to reduce crimes committed against businesses and the retail community.

Our aim at Catch A Thief UK is to reduce the number of crimes commented to retail staff, customers and their businesses. 

Catch A Thief is a centralised website aimed at tackling shop theft and other crimes committed against businesses across the UK, this is done by adding images/footage of reported crimes to the Catch A Thief UK website, for the purpose of appeal/identification and deterrent. 

The general public then get the chance to view these images/footage, anonymously report any suspect they may recognise via the Catch A Thief UK platform.

Once suspects are identified we will remove all images/footage from the Catch A Thief UK platform and prepare an evidence pack for the attention of the police for further investigation or if the business prefers we will process a private prosecution.

Once any suspect is convicted it then becomes news, so will be uploaded back to the platform as news for the purpose of keeping the retail community and public informed!

As not to infringe the rights of any person deemed a suspect or convicted displayed on our platforms, we have put a procedure and practices in place as to advise any suspects or convicted person of their rights as set out in Law.

Any convicted person or suspect on our platform has the right to be forgotten!

They can find information via our platform that advises of this and how they can request to be removed, this will be considered by our revelant department.
