• Developed “Keep on Winning” webinar-based continuing education for new supervisors. Refurbished and maintained content for “Leading to Win” instructor-led training workshop for supervisors.   
• KitchenAid Demonstrations – Developed training for on-site demonstrators of KitchenAid mixers and attachments at Williams Sonoma stores nationwide. This webinar-based project was ramped up in one month, and rolled out to more than 200 event sales staff over several weeks. 
• Unilever Retail Merchandiser Training: Created a robust curriculum covering Unilever’s wide portfolio of brands for a dedicated team of 1,000+ retail sales merchandisers. Training was customized to the Walmart, Target or general retail channels. Blended deliverables included webinar-based training, eLearning, monthly cycle training and “work-with” training for supervisors to implement one-on-one with new employees.
• Unilever Onboarding: Created webinar training with a cartoon panel and scenario choices to train merchandisers for the first day on the job.
• Maintained a constant feedback loop with clients and supervisory staff to “course-correct” as needed to maintain sales and reporting figures.

- Increased productivity by 15% for a 1,000+ member retail merchandising team by developing sales enablement curriculum and custom data collection training for proprietary company software.
