I'm VP of Operations at Rhythmic Technologies, where I lead Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and Compliance. But the work I'm most proud of happens outside my day job.

I founded the AWS Partner User Group—a free, peer-driven community of 100+ partners helping each other navigate the AWS ecosystem. I lead the AWS Cleveland and AWS DMV User Groups. I lead AWS DMV Community Day and serve on the organizing committee for AWS Midwest Community Day. In 2025, AWS recognized this work with the "Invent & Simplify Champion" award and a Community Travel Grant. Most recently, I was awarded Female MSP Leader of the Year by Superops. 

I have a pattern of seeing gaps nobody's filling and stepping in. Sometimes that's building a community. Sometimes that's mentoring early-career women so they don't have to learn lessons the hard way. Sometimes it's just asking the question everyone else is afraid to ask.

In my free time, I'm a passionate but frustrated Cleveland sports fan, an avid photographer, GenAI enthusiast, and mom to three grown children and three unruly cats.

Lead Generation
1. Implementing outbound lead generation campaigns

4. Deal sheet creation to reflect break-even levels (over contractual periods)
5. Experienced in both hardware and recurring income pricing models
6. Manage price lists on both RRP, Channel Partner and Contract Renewal levels

Compliance
1. Developing, monitoring and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for auditing purposes
2. Maintain compliance on SOX criteria (NYSE and JSE dual-listed)

1. Created full integrated Tender Management Process

Commercial Manager

The primary role of this position was to establish the Marketing Department for both B2B and B2C brands. The company was preparing for rapid growth and required a Senior Marketing Manager to establish and grow the Marketing function across various functions and disciplines. KPI's included:

Marketing Strategy Development:
1. Establish clear direction and guidelines for Marketing, aligned with Business Strategy and Objectives
2. Brand Strategy development, including development of Corporate Identity (Corporate and Brand specific)
3. Creation of an Internal Marketing and Communications strategy
4. Channel Marketing to Partners and Intermediaries to enhace the push strategy of the company

Through-The-Line (TTL):
1. Developed a full Integrated Marketing Communications strategy, using the following ATL:
* Television Advertising
* Radio Advertising
* Print Advertising
* Managing and co-ordination of various Advertising and Media agencies through establishing SLA's

Channel Marketing:

* Co-op funding management program, based on performance and revenue contribution

* Used various elements and tactics as explained above

Budget Management:
* Was responsible for managing budget on all elements related to Marketing

Global Branding:
At a time the business merged with another business to form a Global Group, I played a strategic role in the branding aspects of the merger. Aspects such a brand value and customer acceptance was used to ensure brand continuation.

The role entailed managing large national accounts and to establish and position client brands in the market within the various industries. Responsibilities included:

* Understanding the client's business and provide strategic input into the Marketing Strategy 
* Taking briefs from clients for campaign development
* Briefing campaigns into the creative and productions departments of the agency
* Briefing media agencies for the development of media campaigns for both ATL and Digital campaigns
* Managing marketing and advertising budgets
* Strategic planning on budget allocation based on objectives (attribution of budget)
* Assisting the creative department with conceptualisation
* Presenting creative work to clients in order to obtain buy-in and sign-off
