The MSP channel speaks its own language and I've spent years learning its unique dialect to help SaaS founders get their message across. I created Luminary as a strategic partner for tech innovators who are ready to be understood in this specialized ecosystem.

I've watched brilliant SaaS startups struggle in the MSP space despite having rock-solid products. The issue wasn't their solution, but their story. Community Day here in The IT Nation Evolve MSP Owner Peer Group Community Q4 meetings in Portugal!🇵🇹

So this is one of our better kept secrets (which is code for, we don't do a good job of letting people know). You may know about our amazing peer groups, but not too many also know that, at each community meeting, we also host Community Day, where all our members are together to learn from each other and our incredible guest speakers, and in The IT Nation, we take our guest speakers very seriously!

For Community Day this quarter we were joined by:

📈 Peter Kujawa - Global leader of IT Nation and Service Leadership, to give our members the market insights and the data they need to get ahead of the curve going into 2026.

💡 Brad Schow - Leader of our IT Nation content globally and someone who, if I could remember 10% of what he's forgotten when it comes to how to build an IT services business, I'd be a great deal wiser! Brad delivered a masterclass in how to get your 2026 business plan off the screen and into the hearts and minds of your team to create success.

In the evening, for our annual Member and Solution Partner awards, we were joined by the sensational Perry McCarthy, former British Formula 1 driver and after conquering so many mountains in his career, also became the original Stig on Top Gear. 

Perry shared his story of resilience, grit, determination and natural talent, all brought together by world-class story telling and a cracking sense of humour (ask him about the McLaren F1 hot lap day). If you every have the opportunity to hear Perry speak - make sure you're there, he is a legend in every sense of the word. Thank you, Perry!

We celebrated the incredible achievements of our members, solution partners and facilitators, we learned together as a community and I thank each and every member of IT Nation Evolve for making this community so special.❤️
