I’ve watched exceptional products stall in the MSP space for one reason. Not because they didn’t work, but because they weren’t understood. MSPs don’t buy vision decks or clever positioning. They buy solutions to real operational problems, clearly articulated, in language that respects their reality.

Today, I operate at the intersection of systems and story.

I serve as Chief of Staff at Cyft, where we’re building Sam, an AI teammate that remembers service calls so technicians don’t have to. Documentation just happens. She remembers what humans shouldn’t have to carry. My role focuses on building the operational backbone that allows that promise to scale with integrity. Structure, decision clarity, and the quiet infrastructure that makes products usable in the real world.

Alongside that work, I’m a co-founder of CMND Media, where I help MSP-focused SaaS founders translate their expertise into messaging that actually moves sales conversations forward. No jargon. No buzzwords. Just clear narratives built for a channel that values practicality over hype.

I specialize in three things that matter most to MSP-aligned startups:

Confession time…

Since November, I’ve been quietly running around London at night turning on lights in famous landmarks and asking Buckingham Palace to swap out the flag for a quick photo...

Well… sort of.

The truth is, a few months back I was staring at the same challenge many of us have with social media:
How do you create something people might actually stop and look at? Not another standard post of pre-made graphics.

Ben Hanlin taught me that social media is a lot like being a street magician, the first thing you need to do it get people to stop, otherwise they don't see anything that you do (see Ben, I did listen!).

So one Sunday afternoon I went down a bit of an AI rabbit hole… and started experimenting with creating images of the ConnectWise Owl and The IT Nation torch and popping up around London landmarks.

Fast forward a few months and:
• The torch appeared in places it probably shouldn’t in a brand guidelines doc
 • I learned that every AI image tool has its own quirks (some helpful… some very strange)
 • I probably spent far too many Sunday afternoons trying to crowbar owls and torches into London architecture 😅

But hopefully along the way, a few of them made you pause mid doom-scroll for a second… or at least crack a smile.

And if that happened even once, it was worth it.

Because behind the fun (and the proper work of proper marketing professionals that aren't me!), was something very real....

ConnectWise IT Nation Connect Europe 2026 is in the books… and what a week! A powerful reminder of what happens when a community invests its time in learning and growing together.

Time is the most valuable thing any of us have. As we said in our opening keynote, our job wasn’t just to repay that investment… it was to pay dividends on it.

And as the feedback rolls in, it’s clear that together we did exactly that ❤️

Across the week we reconnected with old friends, made plenty of new ones, and learned from an incredible group of community speakers who gave their time as true Go-Givers.

We spent time looking ahead at what’s coming next for our industry, and how the ConnectWise platform is unlocking what’s possible for #MSPs by empowering the 80% of the business, your people, rather than just optimising the 20%, the tools.

And of course, we had the privilege of celebrating the successes of our partners along the way.
