• Initiated tracking and maintained WorkHound's voluntary turnover rate at 6%.
• Established rituals to foster team connectivity in a remote setting.
• Proactively upheld company-wide morale and served as the primary point of contact for all employees.

• Led relocation of the Customer Success Team from SF to Nashville and established a new Lyft hub in 2016.
• Resolved crises involving drivers, passengers, and third parties nationwide.
• Managed escalated incidents, ensuring adherence to Lyft policy and regulations.
• Provided support to thousands of passengers and drivers to address ride issues.
• Responded to emergency calls and created incident reports for Lyft's Critical Response Team.
• Facilitated communication between engineering teams and managed bug tracking.

Trust & Safety

• Delighted hundreds of passengers who have had a poor experience with a community driver by providing technical support both parties
• Daily utilization of support tools such as Desk, JIRA and Confluence
• Answering emergency calls and creating incident reports for Lyft's Critical Response Team
• Liaise between the engineering teams for escalated issues based on feature and task requests, in addition to creating JIRA tickets to track reported bugs 
• Analyzing fraud accounts 
• Coaching driver performance, in areas of navigation, friendliness, safety, and cleanliness

I'm an English Lit grad who still likes to read after four years of forced educational word dumping. Give me your book recommendations! Please, just not the The Canterbury Tales. Eating burritos is a hobby and when I'm not looking at my screen I can be found climbing rocks outside. The sport has taken me all over the world and I'm more than thankful for the opportunities it's provided.
