Structure, decision clarity, and the quiet infrastructure that makes products usable in the real world.

•	Prepare system documentation for assessment, risk management and evidenced based audit response to NIST SP800-53, including structured auditing controls

In my various roles I bring quality, efficiency, and accountability to myself, and the tools I manage or develop. The goal being to allow the tools I provide to make the company and its people better through transparency and productivity gains.

I manage all of RMC’s work efforts in Information Technology Management, Information System Security, Technology System Administration, Network System Administrator, Asset Procurement & Management, Software Licensing Compliance, Information Technology Budgeting, Vendor Relations, Technology Channel Management, Telco & VoIP Systems, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless Systems, Network Security, Web Server Administration, DNS Administration, Technical Support, and Hardware Support.

I am also responsible for project related website development, maintenance, and planning for RMC’s database driven websites with programming skills in a multitude of web-based technologies to include the following: HTML5/ XHTML, JavaScript, Cascade Style Sheets (CSS), Active Server pages, PHP, SQL Server, MySQL and more. I have developed many database applications that include data management for conferences, secure online data collection, program performance data, general information management, and program and document management.

In addition, I lead the RMC technology team and manage staff across multiple geographic regions and time zones to define business and project requirements; develop guidelines; make recommendations for immediate and long-term information systems.
