• Supervised all trading and client interfacing experiences for $350 million of fee-based assets at Schwab and $100+ million of commission based assets for approximately 250 clients.
• Created and monitored the processes for annual client reviews from scheduling and preparation to implementation across different investment platforms and custodians such as NFS, First Clearing, Schwab, Mutual Fund companies, separate accounts Independent Portfolio Consultants (IPC), WB Fidelity employee sponsorship programs, Fox retirement plans, etc.
• Installed new 401(k) plans and conducted employee meetings. Monitored the existing plans for performance and compliance by working with third-party administrators and held plan review meetings with the trustees.
• Oversaw the entire quarterly performance review and billing processes for the fee-based assets from interval reconciliation, relative and absolute portfolio performance tracking, distributions of reports, and follow-up communications with the clients.
• Proactively led and supervised all fee-based year-end tax planning and tax loss harvesting strategies by estimating year-end gains including future distributions and working closely with business managers and CPAs
• Handled complex estate distributions involving trusts and charities by being the quarterback of all the involved parties; custodians, beneficiaries, estate attorneys, CPAs, and the estate.
