Established and surpassed ambitious NCPA targets, achieving a -40% year-on-year reduction through forecast projections and in-depth geographical analysis. Led the creation of a seven-figure budget, driving expansion across Europe, the USA, and exploration into the UAE. Maintained agency accountability for optimising first-order profitability, ensuring a scalable and sustainable acquisition strategy.

Simultaneously delivered +38% year-on-year growth in LTV by leveraging strategic cohort analysis, optimising product-level LTV in advertising, and launching new retention channels—notably a mobile app that paid back its annual cost within the first month.

Designed and executed acquisition funnels across various paid media channels, optimising reach and conversion.

Leveraged Amazon's demand-side platform (DSP) to initiate campaigns that utilised first-party customer data and Amazon's comprehensive shopping insights to deliver hyper-personalised advertising experiences.

Developed affiliate marketing initiatives across closed user groups (e.g. UNiDAYS, Blue Light Card), cashback sites (e.g. TopCashback, Quidco), and voucher and coupon platforms (e.g. VoucherCodes), driving incremental sales through performance-led partnerships.

Ruroc

Ruroc is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) action sports brand specialising in motorsport and snowsport helmets. Between 2011 and 2021, the business scaled into a £50M global operation, serving customers in over 90 countries. Led the digital strategy end-to-end, managing a seven-figure annual budget and a high-performing team to deliver ambitious growth targets. Reported directly to the Founder & CEO, with additional accountability to the Finance and Marketing Directors, and received structured mentorship from Board Advisors.

Developed and executed a comprehensive digital strategy using the SOSTAC planning model to drive market development and diversification, effectively mitigating risk while safeguarding shareholder value. Presented the strategy to the board, including the Private Equity Chair, securing their endorsement. Subsequently growing revenue and brand awareness while reducing cost of sale -38% YoY.

Expanded marketing efforts across Meta and expanded into new demographics via YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, deepening reach and relevance among emerging audiences.

Led performance marketing across all brands, managing a seven-figure budget and reporting to the eCommerce Director. Oversaw key partner relationships and drove optimisation in both performance and resource allocation to maximise efficiency across channels.

Drove a +35% year-on-year uplift in incremental paid media sales, supporting critical growth during a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) and business restructuring phase. Worked closely with my line manager, developing strong change management capabilities that contributed to record-breaking sales—recognised publicly in an all-company address.

Achieved a non-brand blended ROAS of 600%, maintaining strong growth against year-on-year targets throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The results earned recognition from internal leadership and platform partners, with Google publishing a case study to spotlight the success.

Created and delivered a business case that led to the development of a digital strategy focused on automation, using rules, scripts, and new tools to expand reach and drive internal efficiency.

The company operated a diverse portfolio of multichannel brands across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale, across categories such as Entertainment, Electronics, Fashion & Apparel, Activewear & Fitness, Health & Beauty, and Mother & Baby.

Delivered strong year-on-year sales growth across core categories, including a +56% increase in Men's Clothing and a +38% rise in Women's. Gross margins reached record highs since category launch, driven by targeted Paid Search and Paid Social strategies and a disciplined focus on margin and inventory, developed in close collaboration with the eCommerce and buying teams.

Oversaw website management and merchandising via a bespoke CMS platform, while also maintaining a presence across major marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Rakuten (formerly Play.com).

Created and optimised high-converting landing pages, contributing to measurable improvements in conversion rates.
