My coaching techniques are designed to empower individuals and teams to manage better workplace challenges, such as bullying, manipulation, or feeling invisible. My primary focus in these instances is to empower individuals to find their voice and effectively navigate these complex interpersonal dynamics. Knowing how you communicate and what communication tools are missing from you, or your team’s communication toolbox is a great way to start developing effective ways of helping people stand their ground.

For the past five years, I have been working in the communication space helping organisations with their communication challenges.  Two years ago, I finished contract work and embarked on a path of self-employment sparked by a candid conversation with a participant who sought to enhance their team's culture. 

Today, a significant portion of my work revolves around collaborating with regional councils, government departments, large manufacturing companies in the private sector, and even small businesses driven by the desire to foster a positive working environment for their employees.

I also work in the youth sector running programmes that empower and support young people with their communication needs. In 2015, I completed a master’s thesis that delved into the voices of young individuals and the factors contributing to their struggles in the educational system. This research served as a catalyst for my commitment to transforming the lives of young individuals, particularly within the challenging contexts of the prison system and educational institutions. My heartfelt dedication lies in guiding, mentoring, and empowering young people to unlock their potential, cultivate resilience, and chart a course toward a brighter future. Through a holistic approach to personal development, I am unwaveringly committed to leaving a lasting, positive impact.
