As Chief Financial Officer and Interium Chief Operating Officer I managed all of S.i. Systems corporate services; accounting and finance, IT and requests for proposal (RFP), in addition to leading and implementing the company's strategic plan, while being a crucial partner to operations.   The Chief Operating Officer saw me oversee some of the Western Canadian operations and drive performance there also.  I also took a special interest in leadership candidates and coached and mentored many of these people on a regular basis.  

During my tenure I facilitated the company’s more than doubling in size – from initial revenues and GM of $142.2M and $24.4 respectively with 1,835 consultants, to $387.7M and $31.2M and 2,967 consultants by 2017.   The huge growth led to the company being sold to a PE, and I transitioned out, moved to Boston and attended Harvard to purse executive coaching training.
