Hackthorne Road – A large three level character home with two floors of timber framing above a solid stone ground floor. 

Glenelg Spur – A large three level character home with two floors of timber framing above a double brick ground floor.

LEAKEY HOME REMEDIATION PROJECTS:

Salisbury Street - Re-cladding of seven four-storey units.

Jane Dean Close - Re-cladding of a two storey house with four different cladding materials. 

Harts Creek Lane, Clearwater - Partial re-cladding of a stand-alone house.

SIPS PRE-FAB:
Design of modular pre-fab baches in SIPs with three options: Mountain (gable roof), Plains (flat roof) and Beach (mono pitch roof).

Endeavour Primary School - Design of a low allergen school which was the subject of a study on the possible benefits in reducing asthma.

Community College for Aboriginal Education - The first Government funded aboriginal school in WA. This involved collaboration with another architecture firm and consultation with the aboriginal community.

Albany Primary School, St Michel’s Primary School - New schools built in WA.

Serpentine Primary School - Additions to an existing school in WA.

A passionate and skilled Registered Architect with 33 years experience in New Zealand and Western Australia.
