Yes, Clay just changed the game again, this time for ads. 

Before I show you how I built a table to launch ads to high-intent buyers from TrustRadius, let me tell you why I'm excited about the ad feature. 

Clay now (finally!) gives marketers a unified place to build ad audiences and send them to multiple platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. 

You can now make sure targeting and exclusion lists stay automatically in sync with your CRM, so ads are delivered to leads that your sales team cares about and will prioritize and work. 

The result for you, the marketer, is better ROI from your ad spend. And you get to be the hero for sales. 

So, naturally, I thought, “How can I superpower this even more?” So here is what I built. 

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1️⃣: Use the TrustRadius integration to find buyer intent for the main category pages. You can choose up to 4 vendors and look at things like comparison clicks, product overview clicks, category view clicks, and a lot more. 

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2️⃣: Enrich company, anything and everything you care about. 

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3️⃣: Find your buyers, those companies rich with their emails. 

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 4️⃣: Send your audience to LinkedIn and Meta. 

Probably one of the best parts is that match rates are in the high 80% to low 90%, so you know you're getting more from your ad spend without increasing your budget or broadening your audience. 

My only caution is to make sure you're watching your credit usage with the TrustRadius integration.

Want to know how one of the top social selling experts is using AI workflows and automation to set meetings and build pipeline?

Koka Sexton, an early pioneer and OG in social selling, has taken it to the next level with Make and OpenClaw.

With Make, he monitors LinkedIn post likes, comments, and shares and turns them into high-intent pipeline, by dropping them into an automated Make workflow.

But his OpenClaw workflow is where the future is at.

Here’s his setup:

𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬
OpenClaw acts as a routing brain on top of all the models Koka uses (OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini). He can flip between providers as credits run out, or run several in parallel.

𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 “𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 & 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞” 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜
Koka had OpenClaw rewrite its own code to add a manual-throttle module. Now the agent decides which model is the cheapest and most capable and will switch when he tells it to. For example, “30-row CRM analysis” vs. “write 20 outbound emails” required different models with different complexities, and thus different costs.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐚 “𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥” 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
On setup, he fed OpenClaw a folder with his Myers-Briggs report, LinkedIn resume, and other personal docs. The agent distilled that into a personality profile (aka “the soul”) so that every subsequent task reflects his tone, preferences, and guardrails.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥-𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝 
The agent is surfaced as a bot he named Lola. Koka mostly chats through the web UI, but the same bot can live in Discord, Telegram or Slack without extra work.

𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤
During initialization, OpenClaw learned the schemas for his Airtable CRM and ClickUp projects. A single “get up to speed on the CRM” command syncs all entities so Lola always knows record counts, field names, and current priorities.

Now, he has a personal AI to work for him 24/7.
After ingesting the soul file, Lola immediately started acting as Koka’s chief of staff, handling follow-ups, drafting emails, and executing background tasks.

But again, it only sends messages externally when Koka gives explicit approval.

This is the skill set that top employees and entrepreneurs are learning. This is what makes you infinitely employable and invaluable.
