Managed all regional budgets and served as a trusted advisor and liaison for distribution relationships and network development.

Led integration/M&A efforts through acquisition, translating to customer retention, revenue growth, and market expansion. From an Ops perspective, helped inform compensation realignment per executive directives, while maintaining market share. Represented business unit (1 of 3) across all Patterson enterprise initiatives, including Executive Leadership Team and Operational Leadership Team. Oversaw a $1M budget and led marketing integration with acquisition of AHI towards a combined $2B+ merger.

Highlights of my accomplishments include:

•	Served as transformational team lead and oversaw the integration of sales and marketing functions through the multibillion-dollar merger / acquisition of AHI and the entry into the NY Metro distribution market, which more than doubled Patterson’s veterinary business. 
•	Directed key business development initiatives, including the expansion to new market categories (orthopedics and stem cell therapy) and secured exclusive agreements and partnerships. Launched the first-ever loyalty program, still in place today.  
•	Concepted and implemented the company’s first branding initiative, Signature Solutions, aligning independent, disparate internal programs, products, and services that produced a unique and unified customer-facing brand, and generated exponential growth in customer acquisition and retention.
