As the sole employee, I handled all business operations. I consistently prospected 20 restaurants weekly using a variety of techniques from cold-calling to social media and walk-ins.

Being on the revenue team that helps take a SaaS start-up to IPO has been my dream since before I even knew what that meant. 

A few days after setting the above goal, the first step of that journey came to fruition: getting a B2B sales job where I could cut my teeth. 

(Fun fact: I got the job at LCP360 by giving my future ex-coworker an Uber.)

A year and a half later, I landed my dream gig at Lob. 

No, the IPO hasn't happened, but helping build this unicorn is pretty damn close. 🦄

The second one was, "Nothing excites me more than doing what's never been done before." 

My current role completely embodies this, but I'm not sure how much I can divulge regarding that, so I'll save you the reading time.

Growing up, I developed a love for baseball at a young age. 

Despite not being the biggest, strongest, or most athletic player, I worked harder than anyone else and was able to make multiple traveling league teams. 

It was through this experience that I learned the importance of grit, which would later serve me well in my sales career.

After becoming the top salesperson at three consecutive companies, I began searching for my next sales position.

However, I encountered a problem: the recruiters I spoke with knew nothing about sales.

They were reading off a script, couldn't answer my questions, and didn't truly understand the role or the company.

As a candidate, I found many recruiters to be lacking in knowledge and credibility plus they were pushy. This realization led me to the idea of starting a sales recruiting company of my own. 

After co-founding a successful sales recruiting company and making the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for three consecutive years, I founded Right Choice Resources.
