The primary platforms utilized were Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Often called in to resolve projects that were failing and needed to meet the timeline.

Clover Health

Overview: Reimagine their data warehousing from RDBMS to Snowflake with a lake model. Direct them on how to properly structure their data integrations and migrate them to managed services. Rebuild their data model to support more departments at once.

Outcome: Multiple phases of the project were completed to the client’s satisfaction. The client is quite satisfied with Snowflake and Matillion for their data transformations.

Tricon Residential

Overview: Migrate the company from RDBMS to Snowflake using Matillion. Various API integrations were implemented, and a completely new data model was created to manage all aspects of their company.

Outcome: The platform was fully deployed and the client is using it today to manage their data needs.

Redux Framework

Created an open source framework that has become the most widely used WordPress input framework on the web, running millions of sites today, and is still in the top 100 most downloaded WordPress plugins of all time. Products utilizing Redux grossed over $68 million in revenue in 2020.

Equinox

Overview: Provided expertise in Google Cloud Platform to build out the EQUINOX Fitness product data warehouse needs. Helped to guide a team of 4 in architecture and hands-down development.

Outcome: The platform was built and the client was able to meet all their requirements. The warehouse efforts were stable and scalable with a full infrastructure as code (IAC) driven codebase.

Moffitt Cancer Center

Overview: Technical evaluation of migrating data from On-Prem to the cloud. Provided a number of proofs of concept, and helped to resolve some heavy networking concerns. 

Outcome: Provided a map to follow for implementation, which was foundational in that effort performed the following year.

The customer experience should not be hindered in any way by a failure of design. My goal is to always look at the result from the customer's position and remove any obstacles to success. If a company aims to improve the world, I can work endlessly towards that objective. New technologies are an opportunity to integrate and stagnation is at the root of failure. In my mind, failure is not an option.
