Bechtel Corporation

Leveraging experience as Contract Administrator at Bechtel Corporation, I joined BACS Consortium in 2015.
In consecutive roles, I coordinated with stakeholders to acquire services, accommodations, and logistics for the project; supported team tasked with managing resources. In addition, I directly reported to senior management concerning any changes in scope or claims, and communicated suggestions for settlement and resolution.

• Riyadh Metro Project (RMP) - USD$12 Billion: Led a team of four personnel that oversaw contracts estimated at USD$400M and supported the team in reviewing contractual matters, resolving disputes, and contract negotiations to adhere to the budget.
o	Instrumental in reaching agreements related to price negotiation for claims or scope changes.
o	Acted as deputy contract manager to ensure seamless continuity in contract 
         management operations.
o	Managed design build contracts for rail system installation, construction of buildings in the depots, 
        and finished works at depots and stations (≈USD$330M).
o	Engaged in commercial disputes, mediations, and arbitrations processes as notified by the 
        International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) valued at approximately USD$73M.
o	Prepared project procedures, memos, and reports for senior management.
o	Executed contract variations, issue notices, and formal letters; financial reporting and cost 
        projections for variation orders; and close out of contracts such as the issuance of provisional and 
        final acceptances.

Contract Team Lead

After serving as a Senior Project Coordinator and Internal Controller at Jubaili Bros Engineering Company, I underwent the next step in my career and joined Bechtel Corporation.
During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in developing the "Master Plan", which included numerous infrastructure projects in Gabon, valued at approximately USD $4 billion. I oversaw the issuance of public tenders and the formation of contracts across different ministries. I effectively closed out contracts for a stadium, hotels, and maintenance services, all designated for the 2012 African Union Cup in Gabon. Additionally, I received the honour of serving as the Contract Administrator for one of these major projects, "Omar Bongo Mausoleum".

• "Omar Bongo Mausoleum" Project: Successfully administrated the esteemed Franceville Mausoleum 
    Project in Gabon, exhibiting outstanding leadership in managing a cost-plus contract for the 
         contractor ENKA, a premier Turkish construction firm.
    o	 Directed all stages from engineering and procurement to the intricate execution of structural, 
          mechanical, and electrical work.
     o	 Expertly coordinated architectural design and finishes, enhancing project quality by integrating 
        Moroccan artisans. Stewarded this strategic and cultural collaboration, which guaranteed the 
        project met the exacting standards of the Gabonese Presidency's funding goals.

Jubaili Bros

I joined Jubaili Bros Engineering Company after early career positions as a Sales Supervisor across multiple retail stores in Saida, Lebanon.
In consecutive roles, I managed contracts, sales,  and operations for the supply and installation of power generators to telecommunication sites. I prepared and analyzed monthly sales reports in relation to targets, monthly expense reports, and receivables reports. Furthermore, I controlled and authorized shipping department documents – shipping forms, duty calculations, clearance charges, and calculated the landed cost of all imported goods.
   • Served as Assistant Branch Manager, which involved supervising daily branch operations from sales 
      transactions (end users / projects) to inventory management, HR, financial oversight, logistics, tax 
      documentation, and accounting procedures.
    • Audited company account policies and analyzed improvement procedures to optimize operational 
     efficiency and performance.
