• Spearheaded a full rebranding initiative -- the company's first in over 30 years -- leading a team of creatives to develop and implement a new brand identity that reflects the company's evolution and continued commitment to innovation.
• Responsible for developing and executing the company's brand messaging strategy.
• Oversee and manage the editorial calendar, and storytelling to continue driving awareness and acquisition.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they are equipped to communicate our brand message effectively to customers via sales enablement assets (e.g, one-pagers, decks, case studies, white papers, ebooks, and webinars).

• Swell Financial: Served as the conduit between the company’s legal and creative teams, orchestrating creative briefs and executing campaigns that showcased the brand consistently and cohesively while also following very strict financial parameters set in place to protect customers. Oversaw all content across web, email, social, and the CEO’s podcast.
• Kymera: Following their second appearance on Shark Tank, I created the company’s brand guidelines, pitch decks for international distributors, product catalog, and media kit.
• Maya and Ava™: Created a brand around my dogs (30K+ people), which led to strategic partnerships with outdoor lifestyle, travel, and pet brands for over 10 years, including but not limited to: Orvis, Furminator, Woolx, Virginia Tourism Group, and Nature’s Miracle. We were also featured by the likes of USA Today, LA Times, and Canon.

• Developed and executed the company's brand story to position it as a leader in the life sciences market and a trusted partner in clinical research.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies that engaged target audiences and drove business results (e.g, greater participation in telehealth appointments and clinical research).
• Delivered high-quality, technical, and engaging content to support new and growing business lines and marketing goals aimed at raising product awareness, driving demand, and supporting new sales and client retention.

TrueDark 

• Owned the startup’s brand positioning, architecture, and guidelines.
• Executed an omni-channel strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue (including web, email, social, influencer marketing, events, PR, and establishing a network of global wholesalers).
• Negotiated the brokerage and acquisition of the truedark.com domain, as well as the @truedark username across all major social media channels to help improve the company's visibility online.
• Created additional sub-brands after TrueDark proved its market fit and managed the portfolio's brand strategy.
• Oversaw creative and content strategy associated with the company's affiliates, wholesale partners, and media relations.
• Was the company's representative for public speaking engagements, events, and podcast interviews.
• Drove brand loyalty and sales, which directly contributed to the company’s 3X growth, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Led the company’s rebrand and website redesign.
• Managed the editorial calendar, working closely with writers, editors, and designers to produce and publish content that was informative, engaging, and relevant to B2B audiences.

• Provided on-going training for staff, including the executive team, on how to optimize Zipwhip’s messaging across different social media channels.

• Managed an external creative team of graphic designers, web developers, social influencers, and promotional partners to conduct the company’s rebrand and promote its 30th anniversary.
• Initiated the company’s strategic partnership with Nonprofit Tech For Good -- a leading nonprofit figure that ultimately helped grow PIR's email distribution list to over 80,000 nonprofits and social enterprises around the world.
• Was a keynote speaker at some of the world’s biggest nonprofit conferences (e.g, NTEN and ConnectingUp).
• Collaborated with Product, Legal, and Sales to bring a new digital database and donor platform to market.
• Built the company’s social media presence in 2013 and increased its following from zero to over 500K across its primary channels and sub-brand channels.
• Helped train over 45,000 people on the topic of online technology through a co-branded webinar series with brand ambassadors.
• Gave formal presentations and represented the company in international markets (India, Australia, Kenya, and the UK) about the internet industry, domain names, and brand marketing strategy.
