My main role as Client Success Manager, is to manage, support and guide the following post-production teams; Account Management and Technical Support, alongside the client services platform, to ensure the highest possible customer service standards are met, maintained and improved. I look after the Client Satisfaction aspect of the business and any escalations with regards to complaints or concerns.

I actively participate and am a key member of the senior management team. My two teams are currently made up of 9 talented individuals; two Account Managers, two Renewals Account Managers, three 1st Line Technical Support Agents and two Front-end Web Designers.

We work across creative, client services, creative services, production and creative admin, with some of the largest, best known agencies in town. But we also work with the boutique and creative hothouses, from London, New York, Singapore, Sydney to name a few, we’ve got the area covered! 

We’re good at what we do, we have fun doing it and the majority of our work comes from referrals! We look for candidates and clients who, between them, will make (or create) the perfect chemistry.

We work with branding, design, digital, integrated and advertising agencies, or in-house teams on the client side - whether in corporate branding and identity, brand engagement, brand communications, digital campaigns, major websites, social media, brand experience, packaging, retail, environments, we’ve got the experience. We work with lots of fab clients, from your Top 100s through to wonderful boutique agencies too. 

This was a short-term contract and my responsibilities were:
- Ensure the Office runs smoothly and implement process’s which encourage efficiency 
- IT Management – First point of contact with regards to IT issues and liaising directly with our off-site IT Company to ensure issues are dealt with proactively
- Financial Management – Expenses, payroll, weekly forecasting, commissions etc
- Executive PA duties
- Internal Management – internal comms, system updates and overviews
- To enhance business procedures and productivity

Inovocom (Pty) Ltd

Inovocom (Pty) Ltd is an independent dealer group representing three individual groups of product suppliers; Office Active (Independent Stationers), Office Club (Independent Stationers) and Alliance Office Furniture Group (Office Furniture Resellers). 

Inovocom provides benefits and marketing solutions that a business on its own might not be able to leverage in order to promote and grow their own brand and business. Members of the dealer groups do not surrender their identity or trading name, our underlying principle is “Keeping Independents... independent!” 

My role as Online Client Services Manager is rather varied as I am involved in training, event management, web support, web development, design, B2B and B2C e-commerce, online marketing, social media and account management. I manage a wonderful team of three people and our aim is to build and maintain relationships with both our members and suppliers, promoting their brand and also keeping the administration and online aspect of the business running smoothly, efficiently and with integrity.

CDP Graphics and Gifts is an established Design Agency which specializes in packaging and POS design for the Cosmetic Industry.

In a nutshell! My main responsibility was assisting the two Account Mangers with their accounts, from the initial brief all the way through to the delivery of the finished product to the client, making sure that the job runs smoothly, efficiently and that it is delivered on deadline.

DAV Professional Placement Group

Dav Professional Placement Group is one of the leading recruitment companies in South Africa. They recruit across the board, the divisions being Financial, German, IT, Office Support, Executive and Engineering. I worked within their internal recruitment team and concentrated on writing advertisements that would be in specific publications and on carefully chosen web-sites in order to attract the right candidate. I interviewed potential candidates over the phone and if they were suitable I passed their details to the consultants in order for them to interview. Dav is utterly professional and have a team of very motivated and talented people indeed - if you are looking for a new role I would start my search with the help of DAV. They are professional, intelligent, friendly, motivated and successful - what more could you want from a recruitment company?Unfortunately due to  personal circumstances, I needed to leave my role at DAV to spend some time with my family.

Talent Resource Specialist

Gabriele Skelton is a specialist recruitment consultancy specialising in the design and branding sector. They recruit for all levels across the board, including creatives, production, account management and digital. At Gabriele Skelton I worked very closely with with the graphics design management team and digital teams. My role was to assist the consultants with arranging candidate interviews, briefing candidates, sending CV's, arranging client meetings and laising with both candidates and clients with regards to feedback.  A large part of my role was researching potential candidates and clients, candidate regeneration and keeping the teams up to date with relevant news with regards to the design and branding industry. I also kept in touch with clients in both the design and digital industry and ensured we were up to date with all their news from pitches to creative wins.

At Periscope I was working directly with the Managing Director and Consultants on the Design Management team in a resourcing capacity. 

My responsibilities were very similar to my role at Gabriele Skelton in that I was involved in arranging candidate interviews, briefing candidates, sending CV's, arranging client meetings and liaising with both candidates and clients with regards to feedback. I researched potential candidates and clients and a large part of my role was also candidate regeneration. 

I was also involved in additional responsibilities before they recruited an Office Manager in April 2007, which included;  general office administration,  updating the Periscope website with candidate opportunities, maintenance of their database, troubleshooting IT issues and managing all external IT support, setting up advertising accounts with the relevant media and ensuring that all copy deadlines were met and monitored.

I started off in reception where my responsibilities were general Girl Friday activities such as: front of house, working the switchboard, monitoring and ordering stationery, candidate gift ordering and advertising. I was promoted to work within the Creative Recruitment Team after 1 month. My responsibilities included generating new business by finding new potential clients and candidates, conducting telephone interviews with potential candidates, calling freelance candidates and updating their availability for work, Payroll, posting job opportunities online onto relevant websites, general administration and candidate enquiries.
