Designing complex pricing tables for mobile is usually a pain.

You often end up with an endless horizontal scroll that frustrates users.

We are currently building a pricing page for a client and wanted a better solution.

So we took some inspiration from Typeform.

Instead of squeezing 4 columns onto a small screen, we only show 2.

We added a sticky dropdown that lets users select which plans to compare side-by-side.

It keeps the interface clean and the usability high.

It’s lightweight—just a few lines of clean CSS and Javascript.

But Lottie files are a great opportunity to show your product when it is a process that makes the USP.

99% of SaaS websites have a massive blind spot. And it is costing you high-intent customers every day.

Most founders try to ignore the competition on their website.

1️⃣ You fear giving them visibility. 
2️⃣ You leave the comparison logic to G2 or Capterra. 
3️⃣ You hope your product simply "speaks for itself."

Your new website project doesn't start in Figma.

And it definitely doesn't start in Webflow.

It starts with the boring part most founders want to skip.

The sitemap.

I see this pattern constantly.

A founder has a vision.

They jump straight into visuals because that feels like progress.

They pick colors, discuss fonts, and look for "inspiration" on other SaaS sites.

But they have no map.

Here is the reality of skipping this step:

1️⃣ You confuse your leads. Messy navigation kills conversions. If users can't find pricing in seconds, they close the tab.

2️⃣ You don't know the scope. You are flying blind. You can't estimate timelines or budget without knowing exactly what needs to be built.

3️⃣ You burn budget. Devs code what you ask for. Fixing bad architecture later costs 10x more than planning it now.

It is simple logic.

Slide 1 defines your core product narrative. Slide 2 organizes your supporting content and page types.

If you can't visualize your structure simply like this, you aren't ready to design.

Treat your sitemap like your business plan.

Keep it clear.

Keep it logical.

And finalize it before you let anyone touch a design tool.

And if you look away from the award-winning ones, you see a dangerous pattern.

Founders are terrified of leaving information out.

They try to squeeze the entire product history into the hero section.

If not there, they stuff the sections right below it.

But this approach is killing your conversion.

Here is why:

1️⃣ Users do not read.

Be honest with yourself.

When you visit a new site, do you read it from top to bottom like a chapter in your favorite book?

No.

2️⃣ Users scan.

You scroll down. You scroll up.

You skim headlines. You look for bullet points.

3️⃣ Density creates friction.

The more text you add, the harder it is to scan.

By trying to say everything, you end up communicating nothing.

The hard truth:

If users can't find your value proposition in 5 seconds, they are gone.

So treat your copy like a strict budget and spend it wisely.
