A lot of beginners ask: "I want to use Clay to enrich HubSpot data, but I don't want to pay $800/month just for the native HubSpot integration. What are my options?"

Here's an option with n8n (costs $25/month):

The setup (takes ~10 minutes)
Schedule Trigger (when you want it to run)
HubSpot "Get Many Contacts" node
Loop Over Items (batch size: 5-20, to work with rate limits)
Wait node (5-10 seconds between batches)
HTTP Request to Clay Webhook URL

That's it. I just moved 10,000+ contacts from HubSpot → Clay.

Import contacts from hubspot -> send to clay -> enrich -> update hubspot (using n8n)

If you have large datasets to move between HubSpot and Clay, and you want to enrich/update data without paying for Clay's enterprise plan, you can use this.

I have been working 12+ hours everyday for the last 2 years. Work and Sleep and repeat was my lifestyle.

Now that I allowed myself to find my balance in the last 2 months, my brain started resisting it.

Whenever I went out or did something “fun”, a random thought creeped in and said that shouldn’t you be working now? Studying now? Learning this? Doing that?

Workflow 1: Email Non-Responders → LinkedIn

Email campaign gets no replies? Don't let them go cold.

Google just made RAG stupidly simple and launched this File Search tool in Gemini API.

Quick explainer on what's actually happening:

When you upload docs to Claude Projects and ask questions about your data? That's RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) working in the background.

Here's what it does:

- Breaks your documents into chunks
- Converts them into vector embeddings (math representations of meaning)
- When you ask a question, searches for semantically similar content
- Finds relevant info and generates an answer based on what it actually found


Why vector search is efficient:

Traditional search looks for exact words. 
Vector search understands meaning.

You search "why are customers leaving?" It finds sections about "churn rate," "cancellation reasons," "dissatisfaction drivers"

You ask "what integrations do we support?" It finds "compatible platforms," "third-party connections," "API partnerships"

I've been messing around with n8n's MCP server for a bit (@czlonkowski's GitHub version that got me started), and it's been cool. But n8n officially launched their own MCP integration with Claude, OpenAI, Lovable and other major platforms.

It's so much easier now.

Before, you had to know what you were doing to set things up. Now it just works. You literally describe what you want to automate and it builds it for you.

I'm sitting here thinking about all the workflows I can create now for my own business, client projects, random ideas I've had sitting in my notes app for months.
