Part of the management team, I held a strategic planning role, determining the marketing strategy for Nimlok and Conference Expo brands, whilst remaining hands-on in day to day tasks.
Reporting to the MD, I recruited and managed a multi-skilled team of experienced marketers and an outbound sales function, whilst working closely with field sales and creative departments.
My team and I delivered a complete blend of classic and digital marketing and communication campaigns for Nimlok and I have been proud to create content and deliver events that have impressed an audience of fellow marketers. As well as top of funnel activity, my remit also covered all data strategy, planning and acquisition activity utilising AI platforms and offshore research teams.
