•	was Instrumental in assisting customers in planning, designing, validating, & deploying migrations and upgrades of Epicor ERP products.
•	Successful in managing 40+ projects in parallel; accountable for high utilization (70%) & customer satisfaction. Over 2 years I led 65 manufacturing companies to successful "Go Lives" with their improved ERP solution from Epicor.
•	Performed weekly customer status calls.
•	Planned, organized, and monitored the activities of the project team. 
•	Maintained overall control of the schedule, budget, and scope.
•	Created Smartsheet iterations of project plans, resource schedules, budget reports and dashboards from original MS Project and Excel versions of these assets, and began piloting these with customers.
