Community Account Manager 

Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including executing sales tools, process improvements, employee communications, reporting, headcount, and marketing events. Led and organized all retail stores' Grand Openings, store, and team events. Managed expenses for entire store operations which included weekly budget compliance reporting. Developed strong relationships with vendors; negotiated product pricing to keep costs down.  

Notable Projects: Successfully planned, organized, and executed two Retail Grand Openings, which led to record-breaking sales for all of California in 2015.

Audit all data output to assure the user's validity and keep the databases' integrity. Processed all serviceability requests for California, exceeding national goals and expectations.
