Also, I initiated and created the first ever UT Tyler Admissions newsletter for mass distribution, both digitally and in print, on a bi-annual basis. This was done by collaborating with departments across multiple colleges at the university. Additionally, I participated in the creation and implementation of new recruitment strategies and SWOT analyses.
