Short-term position to implement successful strategies for a struggling program. Directed the veterans program for Veterans Upward Bound to follow strict grant guidelines and provide needed oversite. Presented various services to veterans and conducted workshops, classes, and advising for veterans in the program. Assisted veterans with resume writing, job skills, computer skills, financial planning, and executive functions. Managed a massive database (Blumen) with hundreds of veterans and found discrepancies in the system and recruitment numbers. 

•	Corrected errors and implemented a detailed recruitment plan to meet objectives. 
•	Managed teachers and staff to ensure successful instruction. Conducted the Annual Report with little to no oversight and entered all the previous year veterans into Student Clearinghouse. 
•	Oversaw Blackboard Math class for the program and Transparent Language program.
