• Responsible for new product launches, driving all branding and marketing activities for direct to consumer and retail business for PenFed. Lead marketing, digital experience and marketing, e-commerce, direct to consumer, media, research, content marketing, analytics and creative teams
• Develop and manage go to market (GTM) strategy and execution plan to deliver double digit revenue growth for the organization across all channels - digital, branches and call centers

👉 𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙬:  faster, better, cheaper at the same time. They don’t compare you to your direct competitor anymore. They compare you to the best experience they had anywhere, last night

👉 𝙒𝙚’𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 24/7 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙: Always-on service. Always-on experiences. Always-on feedback loops

Here’s the important part: AI is not a strategy. It’s an accelerant

The strategy is still the strategy: clarity on where you’ll win, who you’ll serve, and what you’ll be known for. AI simply helps you execute that strategy faster, smarter, and at scale, if you make it part of your DNA

And you don’t “think” your way into this next era, you learn by doing. Teams that win will be the ones shipping, testing, refining… and turning lessons into muscle memory

Because in this “age of change,” the advantage won’t go to the biggest
It’ll go to the most adaptable, the leaders and teams who build muscles for change, experimentation, and application (not just ideation)
