I'm a chief marketing officer (CMO) with over 20 years of experience, specializing in driving results through strategic marketing, digital marketing, and brand leadership. I'm also a member of the Forbes Communications Council, contributing thought leadership content in the areas of internal marketing and marketing strategy.

Being an international speaker, I’ve had the privilege of presenting at conferences, summits, and business events, sharing insights on internal marketing, employee brand advocacy, innovative marketing strategies and leadership. 

I also produce and host my own podcast (The Internal Marketing Podcast); am a business communications coach, and an advocate for employee engagement as a core driver of marketing success.

You may recognize me from radio and television, where I worked as a journalist for over 20 years!  I even have multiple journalism awards under my belt.  But behind my glamorous job was a dark secret.  I was broke!

In 2018, I started investing in Jamaica’s stock market, but after my first investment flopped, I realized that I had a lot to learn.  Unfortunately, all the information I came across felt like I needed *at least* an MSc in Economics to understand😫 

So I started creating content breaking down money, finance and investments in the simplest way possible.  My company, Money Media, was born!  Our flagship show, Taking Stock, has since become the most influential business talk show in the Caribbean, with over 7 million views on YouTube.  And our daily money news, The Bottom Line, regularly goes viral on TikTok.

We’ve also helped thousands of people learn the keys to wealth and start their investment journey through the Money Mission online, which now has over 3000 members.  We help you change your financial future in just 12 months by creating your money plan, managing your debt wisely, and starting your wealth journey.

I’ve spoken at TedX, ROI: The Millionaire’s Summit, FinCon, and stages around the world.

In 2023, Flair Magazine awarded me with the Distinguished Award for Business, while the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce nominated me for their Entrepreneur Award and the JCC/Yello Marketing Excellence Award.

At home, I’m a mom of three beautiful children, and wife to the world’s best husband.
