I have operated on all sides of the table for 20+ years:
• Corporate: Group Strategy and M&A at Vodacom, working on multi billion rand deals and cross border growth.
• Venture building: MD of Investable and Director of Founder Institute South Africa, designing and running accelerators, venture studios and scale programmes.
• Capital: Angel investor and shareholder at Jozi Angels, reviewing deal flow and helping founders become truly investable.
• Complex situations: Chief of Staff / 2IC to a CEO through growth, funder fallout and business rescue.

At healthbridge I fulfilled the dual role of project manager and business analyst. My main responsibility was on the company's flagship product called mypractice. Mypractice served the function of submitting real time medical aid claims between Physicians (providers) and medical aids (funders) via a messaging switch and a flex enabled front-end. Together with fellow Product Success Managers, Business Analysts, offshore Software Developers and Software Testers we developed and enhanced the real-time claims capture and submission and debtors management modules. These modules ensured full end-to-end transactions between provider, patient and funders in a workflow fashion.
