Mypractice served the function of submitting real time medical aid claims between Physicians (providers) and medical aids (funders) via a messaging switch and a flex enabled front-end. Together with fellow Product Success Managers, Business Analysts, offshore Software Developers and Software Testers we developed and enhanced the real-time claims capture and submission and debtors management modules. These modules ensured full end-to-end transactions between provider, patient and funders in a workflow fashion.
