When I worked as an IT Business Analyst at Open Window Institute for Arts and Digital Sciences, I assisted with designing and developing a digital e-learning platform. 

My role was to understand how the business worked at the time, and it entailed me sitting with lecturers and students to try and map out how I could digitise the systems they already had in place. Open Window is also the same university that I attended, so I had some personal insight into the student experience.

Open Window is an established private higher education institution known for setting the benchmark within the field of visual arts and digital sciences. It was founded in 1994 and has a focus on providing a unique tertiary platform where practice-led tuition links traditional fine arts with the applied arts.
