I transitioned out of the Army after serving for 20 years. I started as an Infantryman, traversing the country and the globe. After performing a short assignment as a contract recruiter, I chose to spend the rest of my military career in that capacity, working in a variety of diverse assignments throughout the United States. 

Now for this next part of my life, I'm still recruiting, but this time I'm chasing unicorns or purple squirrels as a civilian. I bring a blend of creativity and ingenuity to source and recruit talent while matching the applicant's needs with that of the organizations. At the heart of recruiting, it's a people business and I strive to ensure that those within both my internal and external networks are valued, creating a positive candidate/applicant experience.
