I transitioned out of the Army after serving for 20 years. I started as an Infantryman, traversing the country and the globe. After performing a short assignment as a contract recruiter, I chose to spend the rest of my military career in that capacity, working in a variety of diverse assignments throughout the United States. 

Now for this next part of my life, I'm still recruiting but as a civilian recruiting those who save lives everyday. I bring a blend of creativity and ingenuity to source and recruit talent while matching the applicant's needs with that of the organizations. At the heart of recruiting, it's a people business and I strive to ensure that those within both my internal and external networks are valued, creating a positive candidate/applicant experience.

My clients are job seekers these days. Not companies. 

Several C-levels asked me to assist them with their job searches. I thought it might be fun. I absolutely loved the work immediately. Then I started getting referral after referral. I haven’t looked back since. It's all I do and have done since then. It's been almost eight years now. It reinvigorated my entire career. That’s saying a lot because I love recruiting. But I love being a sharpshooter for my clients, the job seeker. And to see the impact I have on their careers and lives. 

I have over 20 years of experience of executive recruiting. I owned and ran my own recruiting firm for much of that time.

I also served as director of recruiting for the oldest and largest accelerator on the West Coast, Atlas Accelerator. I loved that work too. I learned so much from the startup community. 

I am not just a job coach. I am much more than that. I get into the weeds with my clients. We become business partners. My focus is on professionals at the director level and above.
