Project Manager / Business Analyst for expanded MOD Charter systems implementation / amalgamation. 

Project involved analysing, implementing and amalgamating the MOD Charter CRM system to meet the specific requirements of various departments within the MOD, Army and Royal Navy. 

Amongst other things, my role in the project involved developing the scope of the new system, understanding client needs, allocating resources, developing detailed project plans, managing relationships with internal and external parties and creating and presenting comprehensive documentation and training material. 

The project was delivered on time, within budget and to the desired scope of all stakeholders involved.

Product owner for the Charter System for the Ministry of Defence. Responsible for the improvements, maintenance, management, training and coordination of the entire MOD Charter System. 
 
•	Managed a team of support workers, developing technical expertise and knowledge throughout the organisation and training and advising senior officers and other business stakeholders
•	Identified core issues with the initial set up of the Charter System and developed a set of revisions and key performance indicators that ensured system effectiveness and legislative compliance
•	Increased the overall system adoption rate within the organisation by over 50% as a result of a staged, and progressive, online and classroom based training
•	Implemented the expansion of the system by configuring a multi-tenancy system with 2 new external user bases.  This resulted in increased collaboration, enhanced efficiency and better workflow automation

Education First is an international educational company that specializes in language training and other educational programs. I joined the company to assist with the delivery of the business transformation project and transitioning to a new Salesforce org. 

My role included: 
 - working with the project team and internal stakeholders to understand how the company vision and strategy align with the business needs, requirements and challenges; 
 - working with the Technical Architect to design an efficient and scalable solution; 
 - preparing solution design diagrams and documentation; 
 - translating requirements into Jira stories; 
 - working with Developers to ensure the requirements are understood correctly, potential options of the technical solutions are discussed, and potential limitations and risks are raised and shared with the business early; 
 - reviewing developed solution and where required assisting with the user interface changes and document template preparation in Conga.

Just Eat is an online food order and delivery service provider that operates in Europe, Canada and Australia. Just Eat uses Salesforce for a variety of different business processes and has highly customised the org. 
I joined the company in October 2018 to work on Salesforce optimisation and enhancement projects that led to revenue increase, improved efficiency of Sales processes, better customer experience and support of legal compliance. 

My role included:
- liaising with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design new business processes 
- translating requirements into user stories in Jira
- creating as-is and to-be process diagrams
- working with other team members to design solutions that support new/changed processes
- preparing training material and training the trainers & champions
- conducting quality assurance testing and UAT with the users
- assessing project risks and required resources to ensure the projects are on track and potential issues are communicated to the Product Owner and Technical Manager.

Mitie is a facilities management company and a long-term Salesforce customer. In 2017 Mitie started a global transformation program with the goal to establish unified processes across multiple businesses within the organisation. 
I joined the company to deliver a complete Salesforce re-design and migration to Lightning experience. 
My role was then extended to support further business needs and included:
- liaising with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- investigation of 3rd party applications
- solution design
- process builder and flow based automations
- preparation of training documents and training delivery
- GDPR preparation for Mitie Commercials.

Purple Vision Ltd

Purple Vision was [went into liquidation] a technology consultancy with expertise in supporting non-profit and travel clients with digital, data and CRM requirements.
I started working at Purple Vision at the point of time when it merged with another  Salesforce consultancy - Appssential. Due to this I was involved into reviewing how the company was using Salesforce org and related 3rd party apps and identifying new ways and processes that were more suitable to the changed business. 
As  a Lead Consultant I was responsible for the successful delivery of projects. Depending on the project my role involved project management, business analysis and solution design. 
When required and when it benefits the project I also helped investigate and resolve problems with configuration and 3rd party apps. 
With projects that require German language skills or a potentially high amount of configuration, integrations and development, I got involved at a pre-sales stage. This gave me an opportunity to learn the high level requirements, prepare system and functionality demos and make suggestions on the amount of time, effort and resources required to deliver the project. This approach helped ensure that projects had sufficient time and resources allocated to them.

Process changes along with business analysis have always been one of my greatest passions. And that is why I came to cloud technologies and Salesforce consulting.
When business changes, its structure, business processes and day-to-day tasks of employees have to change as well in order to continue developing and being successful. What functioned well originally doesn’t always satisfy the needs of a new business model. 
In my work I make sure that the best practices apply and the company gets the most of its investment into the CRM and related systems. My key objective is to provide excellent service and let professionals working for a company concentrate on their direct responsibilities, rather than spend too much time logging in information they receive and later trying to access and analyse it. In order to achieve this, with the input of different departments, I concentrate on establishing and implementing the most efficient processes and procedures.
