Salesforce System Engineer

Project Manager / Business Analyst for expanded MOD Charter systems implementation / amalgamation. 

Project involved analysing, implementing and amalgamating the MOD Charter CRM system to meet the specific requirements of various departments within the MOD, Army and Royal Navy. 

Amongst other things, my role in the project involved developing the scope of the new system, understanding client needs, allocating resources, developing detailed project plans, managing relationships with internal and external parties and creating and presenting comprehensive documentation and training material. 

The project was delivered on time, within budget and to the desired scope of all stakeholders involved.

Product owner for the Charter System for the Ministry of Defence. Responsible for the improvements, maintenance, management, training and coordination of the entire MOD Charter System. 
 
•	Managed a team of support workers, developing technical expertise and knowledge throughout the organisation and training and advising senior officers and other business stakeholders
•	Identified core issues with the initial set up of the Charter System and developed a set of revisions and key performance indicators that ensured system effectiveness and legislative compliance
•	Increased the overall system adoption rate within the organisation by over 50% as a result of a staged, and progressive, online and classroom based training
•	Implemented the expansion of the system by configuring a multi-tenancy system with 2 new external user bases.  This resulted in increased collaboration, enhanced efficiency and better workflow automation

- Managed the website (www.azeusconvene.com) and all SEO-related initiatives which accounted for roughly 50% of global lead generation efforts 
- Optimized the company's presence in search engines by enhancing ranking by 5 to 8 spots across 14 tracked keywords in 11 countries
- Led all website optimization efforts through content generation, backlink acquisition, and implementation of technical SEO practices among others which significantly improved UI and UX and increased conversions by 30% every six months.

I am a driven and proactive professional who creates meaningful results for communities and organizations I am a part of. Currently, I serve as the Managing Director of Ribbonfish, a leading tech consulting firm for media and publishing companies, for its operations in Manila.

I completed an MSc in Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at UCL (#9 in the QS World Ranking) as a Chevening Scholar and finished with program with Distinction. While pursuing my studies, I participated in a fully-funded design workshop in Lebanon, volunteered as a consultant for a leading UK charity, and created a podcast called To Prosperity and Beyond.

In 2018, I established a youth-led non-profit organization called Project SMILE. As its Founder and Executive Director, I oversee a network of 600+ members and collaborate with early-stage social impact start-ups to advance our advocacies. Under my leadership, our work has received extensive media attention, earned local and international recognition, and most importantly, impacted the lives of more than 50,000 Filipinos in need nationwide.

Outside of all of this, I work on projects with national and international institutions such as the Bartlett Development Planning Unit, National Economic Development Authority, and UN Women Asia and the Pacific among others.
