In my role as a Digital Project Manager, I manage digital online projects including websites, campaigns, research tracks,...  for different clients: Alpro, Sanoma, Coca-Cola, Decathlon, Belfius, UZA...
As an Account Manager, I am responsible for client satisfaction, team performance and business results.

I am the proud founder of JustBite. Already in 2018, I noticed that a lot of so-called “healthy” snacks still contained lots of sugars, fats or other additives. So I created a model to screen healthier products and turned my frustration into a business concept, JustBite was born. 

Our mission? To make the world a healthier place, one break at a time.

We do this by curating better-for-you snacks and drinks for:

Kevin Ringoot

I am a driven coach and keynote speaker specialized in topics concerning physical health, stress management and lifestyle. 


In 2020, I founded PEAK Coaching, a personal coaching business geared toward entrepreneurs and executives looking to balance their busy schedule with a healthy lifestyle. My approach with PEAK is highly personalized, accessible, and focused on establishing a long-term, attainable lifestyle. It works: we now train over 200 professionals with a team of 30 dedicated and highly skilled coaches across Flanders, and we were elected ‘KMO belofte van het jaar’ in 2022. Also in 2022, we built and launched the PEAK Coaching app to make booking and personalizing training sessions even easier. And we are far from done.

I am as passionate about good food and wine as I am about health. Contradictory? Not if you ask me. My approach to health is built around the concept of ‘bewuste bourgondiër’ (mindful epicureanism): living a healthy lifestyle should be balanced out by enjoying what you love, all in moderation. Uniting these interests, I enjoy bringing people together and connecting over entrepreneurship and personal and professional growth.

De meeste mensen kunnen niet kiezen... 

Ik wil veel met vrienden weg gaan, ik wil een ongelooflijke carrière hebben, ik wil 5 keer per week sporten, ik wil mijn familie veel zien, ik wil veel tijd voor mezelf.

Maar... op alle facetten een 10 score werkt gewoon niet.
In tegendeel het werkt frustrerend, want overal kom je tekort en het zorgt voor mentale onrust.

Sinds een paar jaar doe ik dat anders. Twee keer per jaar nemen Camille Bilquin en ik even de tijd om stil te staan bij waar we de komende maanden echt op willen focussen. Gewoon gezellig aan tafel met een goed glas wijn kijken hoe we het op dit moment doen en waar onze prio’s liggen. En... vooral wat gaan we niet doen!

Klinkt misschien wat speciaal, maar we geven onszelf een score op zeven domeinen:

- Gezondheid
- Business
- Gezin
- Vrienden
- Persoonlijke groei
- Financieel
- Familie 

Op het einde van dat gesprek kiezen we maximaal twee à drie dingen waar we de komende zes maanden écht op willen focussen. Voor mij betekent dat nu concreet dat social life minder aandacht krijgt, zodat ik mijn energie kan richten op PEAK Coaching, mijn gezondheid en gezin.

Een avondje met vrienden of een avondje met het gezin in een drukke werkweek, de keuze is veel makkelijker gemaakt als je weet waar je prioriteiten liggen.

Echt een aanrader om zo kwaliteit boven kwantiteit in het leven te kiezen. Als je alles tegelijk wilt aanpakken, gebeurt er eigenlijk weinig. Door te kiezen en niet alles te willen, bereik je net veel meer dan wanneer je alles in één keer wilt hebben.

Het zorgt er echt voor dat we doorheen het jaar dingen in beweging krijgen én dat heel duidelijk is wat er voor ons belangrijk is.
