Responsible for leading all product management and product development activities for Cricket Wireless which is a fully owned subsidiary of AT&T. My team is accountable for defining and delivering the entire product portfolio strategy, vision and road map for the company. We are responsible for the development of great experiences that delight our customers and drive incremental revenue for the Cricket business. Our product set spans a wide range of offers ranging from digital technical products to more business focused ones. Some examples of digital services include OTT video, 10+ applications, Wi-Fi off load / calling, and next generation mobility network services like RCS. The business focused products include offers such handset insurance, handset financing, and international.

-Manage diverse portfolio which contains 25+ products and services
-Drove customer NPS to the higest scores in 15 year history of the company

Responsible for overall delivery, team direction, and future strategy on key network related initiatives for a new AT&T revenue stream. Managing a team involved in new technology identification and assessment driving both business and technical decisions for future growth and utilization.

Executive Director of Product Realization & New Technology

Responsible for product realization of new technologies and innovation in the mobility network for a portfolio of key company initiatives at AT&T fully owned start-up Aio Wireless. Lead a team of technical senior product realization managers who drive product marketing ideas from thought all the way to market across all of the various work streams such as IT, Customer Care, and Network.

Oversight and leadership for the launch of the network including LTE and UMTS along with its associated consumer services such as data, voice, and messaging from the ground up in only 9 months which was a wireless industry first.

•Complete end to end responsibility for the successful network integration and infrastructure launch
•Provide strategic direction for new services post launch and drive the overall network product roadmap
•Drive cost savings into the  business and tightly manage P&L for budget
