I am the Founder and CEO of WYNNES, established in 1998, working with families in business around wealth, transition, and long-term stewardship.

My work centres on clarity of thought, sound judgment, and decisions that endure across generations. 

Over time, this has meant supporting families as they navigate growth, succession, and the responsibilities that come with wealth — not only financially, but humanly.

My professional journey spans multiple worlds. 

I began my career in engineering within broadcasting and telecommunications, before transitioning into financial advisory and family office work. 

Across four decades, I have built and scaled advisory practices, worked alongside founders and investors, and engaged deeply with the human dynamics that shape leadership, trust, and continuity.

I have served in advisory and board roles during the establishment and governance of businesses operating across Asia, particularly in periods of growth and transition.

Beyond professional roles, I am a mother of three young adult children — a lived perspective that continues to shape how I think about family, responsibility, and legacy.

I believe stewardship is ultimately about knowing what matters, when to act, and when to step back — so that what we build can outlast us.

Something surprised me this weekend.

I played with a tool that turns a LinkedIn profile into a 45-second movie trailer.

I expected something light, maybe even gimmicky.

What came back was… strangely moving.

It didn’t show numbers.
It didn’t show deals.
It didn’t show awards.

It showed a woman standing between generations.

From broadcast signals in my early career,
to boardrooms,
to founding WYNNES in 1998,
to today —
it framed my life as a story of transmission:
carrying meaning, values, and stewardship forward.

One line in particular stayed with me:
“She is the guardian of legacies - the Prox Generation.”

I had never used those words for myself.
But somehow … they felt true.

I am sharing this little 45-second “movie” not as a marketing piece,
but as a mirror.

A reminder that for many of us who work with families, founders, and wealth,
we are not just advisers.

We are bridges between past and future.

Some conversations don’t feel like meetings ... they feel like alignment.

Over lunch at Hopscotch Capitol, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Orlanda from Markets Group.

For boutique family offices, what we value most is not the volume of information, but the quality of dialogue - being listened to, being understood, and having the space to explore how families are really thinking about capital, risk, and responsibility in the year ahead.

In our conversation, I shared how many families are thoughtfully rebalancing across what I often think of as three books:

1. The Yield Book, 
2. The Growth Book, and 
3. The Regeneration Book 

... each serving a different role in sustaining wealth across cycles and generations.

This lens will likely resurface in future conversations and forums, as families continue to navigate both continuity and change.

I appreciate Markets Group’s commitment to being on the ground, meeting allocators where we are, and shaping forums that reflect lived realities rather than headlines.

Grateful for thoughtful conversations, enduring relationships, and communities that choose depth over noise.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹'𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁

Over the years, I have accumulated many things —
books, notes, CDs, newspapers, audio and video tapes,
workshop programmes, projects, experiments, awards
and experiences that shaped how I think and decide.
 
What matters most to me now
is not the material itself.
 
What remains is a personally stewarded body of lived wisdom,
formed over nearly four decades of practice, reflection, mentorship,
and real-world decisions — shaping how I think, decide, and act.

I call it 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙡'𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙑𝙖𝙪𝙡𝙩.
 
It exists to support clarity of thought,
sound judgment, and self-trust —
not the accumulation of information.
 
Its value lies not in what is stored,
but in what remains, 
after the material has done its work.
 
The Vault is introduced selectively,
used with discernment,
and released when it is no longer needed.
 
Not everything within it is meant to be seen,
shared,
digitised, 
or passed on.
 
Discernment includes knowing
what to withhold,
what to introduce,
and when to step back.
 
I am naming this here
simply to mark a shift
in how I think and work.

So good to begin 2026 with the #LBFAlumni tribe.

What continues to move me about this community is its quiet continuity - a group that began simply, long before “communities” became fashionable, and has grown through genuine care, shared learning, and showing up for one another over the years.

I come to these gatherings wearing two hats - as an LBF alum myself, and as the mother of one of the co-founders of Hopscotch. 

When Ben chooses to host one or two alumni gatherings each year at the Hopscotch outlets - be it at Capitol or Gardens by the Bay, it feels like a natural meeting of worlds.

What I appreciate about these gatherings is how conversations move effortlessly across disciplines and life stages - often opening up thoughtful exchanges that continue well beyond the evening itself, with such ease and generosity.

A quiet word of thanks to the team at Hopscotch Capitol - many of them young, and yet so attentive in holding space for a large group over a long evening. 

Hospitality at this level takes care and coordination, and it was genuinely felt.

Thank you, Ben, for stewarding this tribe with such heart and intention. 

And to everyone who showed up: you are what gives this community its warmth and staying power.

The #LBFalumni is a offline LinkedIn community based in Singapore started more than a decade back. Way before a sudden influx of communities popped up fighting for attention.

It is made up of professionals (and not - our youngest member is 16) who have completed the LinkedIn Branding Fundamentals course I run (now called 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘥𝘐𝘯 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 - 𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗣).

We have been gathering regularly since our first small quiet coffee session where 5 guys met for coffee & conversation in 2014/2015.

Over the years, we have met as a group for training refreshers, trekking adventures, BBQs, badminton games. (𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴!) with no formal business agenda. Just a strong support group for each other as we march forwards in building our careers.

And from that, friendships have formed, business collaboration & partnerships, some 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴 inevitably evolve into something more romantic & even marriage. (no we are not a matchmaking service - but if it happens, it happens)

We have top tier senior executives in global MNCs to early entrants into the working world to some still mugging for exams. While 80% of our members are in Singapore, the rest come from all over the world, in every conceivable industry & vertical.

From these, we splash across the Favicon leaderboards as well as half a dozen Blue Badged Top Voices.

You are probably reading the exciting, educational, inspiring, motivating & insightful postings everyday already without knowing they are part of the #LBFalumni tribe.

Being the first gathering of the year, I also invited a few friends of the #LBFalumni, many of them community leaders themselves & I'm honored they attended.
