Jihad Shojaeha, earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Birzeit University in 2004, graduating with very good standing. He continued his academic journey at Birzeit University, obtaining a Master's degree in Quantitative Research and Sociology in 2007.

Jihad began his career in training in 2005, working as a youth group facilitator with various civil society organizations and the private sector. His passion for youth development and skill enhancement drove him to engage deeply in this field.
